About the Centre or Department
The Inria Saclay-Île-de-France Research Centre was established in 2008 as part of the Saclay site in partnership with Paris-Saclay University and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. The centre has 39 project teams, 27 of which operate jointly with Paris-Saclay University and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Its activities occupy over 600 people, including scientists and research and innovation support staff from 44 different nationalities.
Context and Advantages of the Position
This work is part of the ERC MOMENTOUS project. As an engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with PhD students who have already been hired for the project.
Mission and Responsibilities
The goal of the work is to enable experiments on YouTube for the ERC MOMENTOUS project. Your main tasks will be:
- Develop further a browser extension that can collect ads shown on sensitive YouTube videos.
- Develop crawling techniques to fetch sensitive YouTube videos.
- Deploy the data collection and analyze the results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong programming skills.
- Expertise in data analysis.
