Job Summary

Cora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Agent to join our team. As a Security Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to our premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the site.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, identifying and reporting any potential security risks or incidents.
• Respond to security breaches or incidents, taking appropriate action to minimize damage and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
• Collaborate with other security personnel to develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. security, law enforcement) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Valid security certification (e.g. SIA, PSIA) and/or relevant training in security procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
