About SOLIHA Cantal
SOLIHA Cantal is a non-profit organization specializing in housing improvement, composed of 11 employees, and a member of the national SOLIHA Solidaires for Housing network. We intervene in the following areas: social, technical, thermal, rental management, and urban planning to address all housing-related issues.
In the context of our social accompaniment and rental management service, SOLIHA Cantal is seeking a qualified CESF graduate.
Mission Objectives
- Follow-up and animation of the MOUS rehousing operation (social diagnosis, housing search, family accompaniment, management of the sub-leased park, realization of sliding leases)
- Follow-up of intermediate locative measures (social accompaniment of families, landlord-tenant mediation, budget monitoring)
- Accompaniment of tenants and landlords in the context of our rental management service (tenant search and support for landlords in choosing a tenant, inventory, mobilization of financial aids, implementation of payment plans, amicable and judicial procedures…)
- Support for technical teams on complex occupation situations to contribute to the fight against substandard housing and maintain fragile households in their homes or seek durable alternative solutions
- Participation in various commissions related to the mission
Required Profile
- Must hold a CESF diploma
Desired Qualities
- Ability to write social diagnoses, knowledge of tenant and landlord rights and obligations, knowledge of the roles of various institutions (social, administrative…), knowledge of potential financial aid devices…
