Objective
This position is accountable for ensuring that projects are developed and delivered according to client specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.Core Responsibilities
Gathers and documents project specifications by engaging with stakeholders Establishes and maintains the project backlog, including acceptance criteria to guarantee requirement coverage and traceability Formulates project development strategies encompassing roadmaps, schedules, cost assessments, resource allocations, documentation, etc. Oversees project advancement in relation to scope, timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements Conducts risk assessments and supervises the mitigation strategies Provides vision and guidance to all stakeholders, including technical teams and internal or external clients and partners Actively suggests methods for optimizing project deliveries Ensures effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders Takes ownership of the quality, costs, and timelines of the entire project Assists business teams as required in preparing offers, demonstrations, product presentations, etc. Manages and implements the development plan for one or more projects totaling up to 10,000 hours Engages with stakeholders under the mentorship of a more experienced Technical Project Manager Operates under supervisionCandidate Profile & Additional Information
