About the Role

Rattaché.e à la direction financière des établissements stables au sein de la région France, vous assurez le contrôle de gestion des projets rattachés à un établissements stables.

Vos principales missions seront en lien avec les régions internationales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assurer le contrôle de gestion des projets rattachés à l'établissement stables : élaborer, suivre et analyser les budgets à terminaison.
  • Réaliser l'arrêté des comptes trimestriels et les prévisions budgétaires,
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de gestion et élaborer les tableaux de bord
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des résultats, par un rôle d'alerte et de conseil auprès des opérationnels
  • Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie des projets (facturation, règlements et relances clients),
  • Être le partenaire et l'interlocuteur privilégié du contrôleur de gestion régional
  • Reporting des résultats financiers par établissements stables et par CPC.
  • Former et accompagner nos interlocuteurs financiers locaux aux outils et aux respects des procédures financières.
  • Veiller à l'assimilation, à la bonne application et au respect des règles financières en vigueur par les interlocuteurs locaux
  • Assurer au quotidien des tâches administratives courantes :
    • Gestion financière et comptable des projets long terme à l'international avec l'appui du pôle comptable de la direction
    • Suivi et valorisation des temps des collaborateurs
    • Suivi des frais généraux de l'établissement stable avec l'appui du pôle central de la direction.
    • Administration des ventes, validation des prises de commandes dans nos outils de gestion,
    • Piloter et réaliser toutes les analyses fiscales nécessaires pour bien définir les flux financiers.
    • Réaliser le P&L de l'établissement stable avec l'appui du pôle central de la Direction.
Interlocuteurs Principaux
  • Les opérationnels du périmètre dont vous avez la charge (directeurs/ chefs de projets de votre périmètre) avec lesquels vous travaillez en étroite collaboration,
  • Les contrôleurs de gestion régionaux
  • L'ensemble de la direction financière des établissements stables
  • Le contrôle de gestion de la Région France au travers de ces différents pôles.
  • La direction fiscale du Groupe
About You

De formation BAC+5 ou plus dans le domaine de la finance et de la gestion, vous justifiez de 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans un poste similaire. Vous connaissez les normes IFRS, la valorisation à l'avancement des projets, et êtes déjà sensibilisé.e à la gestion de projet long termes dans un contexte d'ingénierie idéalement international

Au-delà de votre appétence avérée pour la production et la présentation d'états financiers, pour laquelle vous maîtrisez les logiciels bureautiques tels que l'outil Excel (langage VBA, macro est un plus), votre esprit critique, d'analyse et de synthèse font de vous un véritable Business Partner auprès des opérationnels et des financiers locaux.

Votre niveau d'anglais professionnel (oral et écrit) vous permettra d'évoluer dans un contexte de croissance des activités à l'international (niveau intermédiaire exigé, avancé souhaité).
