About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing the daily menu, utensils, and equipment
  • Preparing and cooking meals, including meat, fish, and desserts
  • Respecting dietary requirements and transforming ingredients as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and/or relevant experience in a similar role. They will be familiar with food safety and hygiene practices and possess excellent communication skills. The working hours will be from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, 3 days a week, with one day off in four.
