Position Overview
As a SIRH Systems Specialist - Internship, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team by managing and optimizing various HR systems. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within a dynamic and impactful organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support our suite of HR systems, including Talent applications. This involves collaborating with HR teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, and ensure seamless deployment of system updates.
- Manage HR tools for essential processes such as performance reviews, training programs, recruitment initiatives, internal mobility, and salary reviews.
- Ensure data integrity within all HR systems by verifying accuracy and implementing quality control measures.
- Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Participate in user needs analysis and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance HR processes.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to HR applications.
- Contribute to change management initiatives by training users on new systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team on process optimization projects and the implementation of new HR technologies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR processes and a strong interest in management information systems.
