About the Job
Project Context: Viveris leads business and IT transformation projects for banking and insurance companies, putting data at the center. In this context, we contribute to the evolution of our client's business model by piloting the development of new credit management processes. For this company program, we are looking for a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the responsibility of a Viveris project manager, you will be in charge of:
- Analyzing business requirements and user needs
- Developing and writing functional specifications
- Measuring project progress
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of solutions
- Collecting deliverables and tracking user feedback
- Participating in production deployment organization
- Respecting quality process guidelines
- You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from collecting user needs to deploying in production.
Required Profile
We are looking for:
- A graduate with a Bac+4/5 degree, experienced in business analysis or application management
- Technical expertise in Mainframe and Cobol environments
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- A curious and proactive nature, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service
