Als Senior Director im Bereich Industrial Equipment trittst Du als treibende Kraft hinter unserem Industriezweig und dem Umsatzwachstum der Vertriebskanäle in diesem dynamischen Sektor voran. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, unser Portfolio an hochmodernen Softwarelösungen zu vermarkten, die speziell für Unternehmen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau entwickelt wurden.

Verantwortungsbereich


• Strategische Vertriebsführung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden langfristigen Vertriebsstrategie (3-Jahres Execution Plan) zur Erschließung der Industriemärkte, um Umsatzziele zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen.

• Geschäftsentwicklung: Identifikation und proaktive Erschließung neuer Geschäftsbereiche durch Networking und den Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu branchenrelevanten Entscheidungsträgern auf C-Level Ebene.

• Teamführung und -entwicklung: Leitung, Mentoring und Inspiration eines Teams von Vertriebsprofis. Bereitstellung von Anleitung, Coaching und Unterstützung zur Leistungssteigerung und Erreichung der Vertriebsziele.

• Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Pflege und Stärkung robuster Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden, um ihre sich wandelnde Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen weiterhin entscheidend für ihren Erfolg sind.

• Marktkenntnisse: Aktualisierung über Branchentrends, Marktveränderungen und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, um die strategische Planung zu unterstützen und einen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu erlangen.

• Branchenvertretung: Repräsentation unserer Marke auf Branchenveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Messen, um unsere Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen und unser Netzwerk im Transport- und Mobilitätsumfeld auszubauen.

Qualifikationen


• Abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, BWL, IT oder verwandten Bereichen.

• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in der IE-Branche (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau etc.) im Bereich Softwarevertrieb oder IT

• Nachgewiesene Erfolge ambitionierter Vertriebsziele und der Steigerung des Umsatzwachstums in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Marktumfeld

• Starke Führungskompetenzen mit Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung leistungsstarker Vertriebsteams

• Herausragende Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen (Französisch, Polnisch) sind von Vorteil.

• Stark ausgeprägte Networking Skills, Lösungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken, Marktchancen zu identifizieren und zu nutzen.
