École des Avocats Centre Sud is seeking a dedicated International Payroll Specialist to contribute to our growing team. As part of our International Mobility Talent service line, you will play a vital role in managing payroll for both French and foreign companies.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, DSN, DPAE, salary statements, and other related documents.
- Administrative Expertise: Handle essential administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees, configuring payroll tools, and generating post-payroll reports.
- Compliance & Communication: Collaborate with social security organizations to address payment issues or declarative anomalies. Ensure compliance for foreign companies operating in France.
To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, ideally within a consulting environment. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and knowledge of SILAE software would be highly advantageous. Fluency in English is also required.
