Internship Opportunity in Tax Law
We are seeking a dedicated intern to become part of our taxation division for a duration of at least 6 months. You will collaborate closely with Me Chahinez Meddeber, a seasoned tax attorney, on a variety of tax-related assignments for our diverse clientele.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the restructuring of both French and international corporate groups
- Manage international transactions and operations
- Contribute to employee shareholding initiatives
- Support cases related to international mobility
- Address taxation issues for non-profit organizations
- Engage with matters concerning innovation tax
- Participate in tax audits
- Assist founders, shareholders, and executives with their tax-related concerns
You will engage in various facets of tax law, including conducting research, drafting legal notes, attending client meetings, and preparing presentations. Your contributions will provide you with invaluable experience and allow you to tackle real-world tax challenges.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a BAC+5 in law or a law student with a focus on taxation
- Prior experience in tax law is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required
- Familiarity with legal and tax research databases
