We provide housing and specialized medical care for individuals experiencing homelessness who require acute attention but not hospitalization. Our dedicated team of medical professionals and caregivers work tirelessly to improve the well-being of our residents by providing technical care, fostering trust, promoting self-care, and encouraging social engagement.

The Mission

We are seeking State-licensed Nurses to join our relief team across various facilities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring continuous, high-quality care for our residents. You will be responsible for implementing prescribed treatments and supporting the overall well-being of individuals under our care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform technical procedures and provide compassionate care to residents.
  • Communicate promptly with physicians regarding any changes in a resident's condition.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication within the healthcare team.
  • Guide residents in maintaining their health and advise them on necessary steps for well-being.
  • Monitor residents closely and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to community guidelines and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and medical partners.
  • Mentor students under the institution's supervision, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Participate in public health initiatives and research activities as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications: State-licensed Nurse

Experience: Previous experience in a medical-social setting, particularly with marginalized populations, is highly desirable.
