Your Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions within the INTERCOM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile various financial statements related to payments, fines, and resources, maintaining a clear audit trail.
- Oversee cash management operations, including issuing receipts and managing funds effectively.
- Ensure timely provision of resources to the EU budget, adhering to strict deadlines and regulations.
- Manage guarantees and credits, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Process transactions within the TRIGO application, contributing to efficient financial data management.
- Handle proxies for operators in specific regions, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations.
