The Heart of the Job
ASSIA is recruiting:
In the context of strengthening our support team, we are looking for a Service Support Specialist to take an active part in the transformation of the service.
Your Daily Life
Under the direction of the service support and training manager, you will interact directly with clients, internal account managers, and managers on the advancement and resolution of tickets. You will be the real backup of the manager, and your actions will lead you to propose and support improvements in our activity.
Your main missions:
- Pilot the advancement and resolution of tickets: prioritize, instruct, and ensure the follow-up of tickets,
- Ensure client follow-up: ensure reporting, resolve specific requests, identify alerts, and ensure external and internal communication,
- Treat level 2 and 2+ tickets,
- Be the relay of the service support manager.
Evolution of the Position
This position can evolve towards the management of the support service.
Your Skills
You have a good experience on a Grands Comptes position, ideally in a similar technical environment (service support) and/or in the health domain.
You are organized, rigorous, and have the ability to communicate effectively within a team/service. This position is made for you

Your Remuneration Package
Fixed Remuneration
Negotiable according to profile. We take into account your experience and ensure internal equity.
We have a forfait jours system: 210 working days per year, with the possibility of buying back your days, majorized by 40%.

Your Recruitment
- A pre-qualification phone call with our Mission Manager,
- An interview with your future Manager,
- An interview with our HR Manager,
- A final interview with your future Technical Director.
Your Integration
- You will be welcomed by your manager who will present the company, and you will meet our administrative HR manager to sign your contract, mutual insurance, pension plan, etc.
- You will start your integration journey and be trained on the job and on the ASSIA ecosystem,
- Training on the insurance profession may be set up,
- Your manager will schedule regular meetings throughout your trial period.
