Job MissionGEZIM is seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Professional to join our client's team, a leading provider of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients across the eastern region of France.
The role is based in Entzheim, with occasional travel to Petersbach (one week per month). The position is a permanent contract.
Your Mission:
Provide technical support to clients across various industries, including large enterprises, SMEs, and public organizations.
Assist clients with technical issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and resolution.
Configure client workstations to meet their specific needs and perform thorough testing.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, including hardware and software problems.
Guide clients through the troubleshooting process and take control of their systems remotely when necessary.
Identify necessary resources to resolve technical issues and document interventions for future reference.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in computer science or a related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft environments, including servers and workstations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and German, with a strong emphasis on written and spoken communication.
