Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for strengthening and further developing TCL’s Distributed Generation market, by means of:

  1. Developing and expanding TCL Distributors network in France
  2. Initiate and manage strategic cooperation with Key partners for residential and light commercial project
  3. Exploring alternative markets (e.g. new home builders)
  4. Alternative sales initiatives (e.g. advantage installers program)

This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; is capable of forming new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage distributor and key partners networks
  2. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas
  3. Analyze regional markets and competitive product landscape
  4. Help distributor and dealer networks implement tools to leverage advantages and increase sales to the end customer
  5. Work closely with the Marketing Department and Sales Director to jointly develop regional marketing plan
  6. Drive implementation of robust sales forecasting system throughout customer base
  7. Manage expense budgets
  8. Pipeline management through CRM tools
  9. Manage ASPs and receivables to pre-defined targets
  10. Develop and manage regional strategic partnerships, as required
