L'impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle

En tant que Process Engineer (H/F), vous aurez un impact significatif dans ce rôle grâce à plusieurs contributions clés :

  • Amélioration de la Productivité : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production pour optimiser les procédés de fabrication des médias filtrants.

  • Gestion de Projets : Vous mèneriez des projets d'amélioration pour atteindre les objectifs de coûts, de qualité et de sécurité.

  • Collaboration Technique : Votre soutien aux projets d'investissement et d'automatisation aidera à augmenter la capacité de production.

  • Partage d'Expertise : Vous participerez aux initiatives de partage d'expériences avec les usines-sœurs au niveau mondial.

Votre rôle sera déterminant pour renforcer la compétitivité et l’efficacité des opérations au sein de l'organisation.

Vos compétences et expertises
Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, Solventum recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes :

  • Formation: Diplôme d'une école d'ingénieur en Génie Chimique ou Génie des Procédés (obligatoire).

  • Expérience: 0 à 7 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie chimique ou pharmaceutique.

  • Connaissances Techniques: Maîtrise des procédés chimiques et des méthodologies de production, incluant la technologie de mélange, le transfert de matières et le séchage.

  • Gestion de Projet: Goût pour la gestion de projets, notamment pour des initiatives d'amélioration continue.

  • Analyse de Données: Capacité à analyser des données et à mettre en œuvre des solutions opérationnelles efficaces.

  • Communication: Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité d'influencer et de collaborer efficacement au sein des équipes.

  • Pratique de Terrain: Appréciation pour le travail sur le terrain, impliquant un contact direct avec les équipes.

  • Langues: Anglais courant.
     

Ces compétences vous permettront de contribuer activement à l'optimisation des procédés de fabrication et à l'atteinte des objectifs de Solventum.
 

Lieu de travail : Mazères  sur Salat , Haute-Garonne (80 km au sud de Toulouse)
