As an apprentice in the Power Marketing department, you will be primarily responsible for data processing, information collection, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders to support the department's business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Processing and Analysis:

  • Collect necessary data related to power marketing.
  • Analyze the data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Compile the findings into comprehensive reports.

Information Management Platform Development and Maintenance:

  • Collaborate with external vendors to support the development and enhancement of the company’s internal sales management platform.
  • Oversee the platform's day-to-day operations, including data validation, routine maintenance, and system optimization.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and platform suppliers to ensure smooth communication and address any technical issues promptly.

Team Support:

  • Assist with daily team tasks, including data collection, internal and external communications, and administrative duties.
  • Provide support during team meetings, including preparing materials and tracking actions.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance team productivity and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Degree (Bac +3/+4) specialized in IT, Economics, Business Computing or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with computer science, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in PowerBI/Tableau, database, API, ETL.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
