Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in the development of products and packaging, primarily for the gourmet food (80%) and cosmetics (20%) sectors. You will work closely with the CEO to lead product development projects and support the company's marketing and sales activities.
As a Product Manager / Product Development Assistant, your main responsibilities are:
- Design and develop packaging and products in collaboration with suppliers in France and Europe,
- Assist in exporting products outside the US to Asia, Canada, Europe, Middle East,
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows in the US and internationally (Asia, Canada, and Europe),
- Set up regular reporting of figures and performance indicators, share with the team,
- Establish and follow projects, monitor customer price lists and contracts,
- Support the team in all matters related to the company's back office.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le CEO pour diriger des projets de développement de produits et soutenir les activités de marketing et de vente de l'entreprise.En tant que chef de produit/assistant au développement de produits, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :Concevoir et développer des emballages et des produits en collaboration avec des fournisseurs en France et en Europe,Aider à l'exportation des produits en dehors des Etats-Unis vers l'Asie, le Canada, l'Europe et le Moyen-Orient,Coordonner et participer aux salons professionnels aux Etats-Unis et à l'international (Asie, Canada et Europe),Établir des rapports réguliers sur les chiffres et les indicateurs de performance, les partager avec l'équipe,Établir et suivre des projets, surveiller les listes de prix et les contrats avec les clients,Soutenir l'équipe dans toutes les questions liées au back-office de l'entreprise.Cette description tient compte des principales responsabilités ; elle n'est pas limitative. Profil :- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in product development, preferably in international markets (experience in the food and cosmetics sectors preferred),
- Fluency in French and English required; proficiency in another language (Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese, German, or Chinese) is a plus,
- Proficiency in marketing and sales expertise,
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. market is desired,
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal partners,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities,
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards,
- Proficiency in using software and tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis,
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
