Au sein de la Direction Engineering, vous rejoignez la Division de l'Ingénierie des Systèmes pour nous aider à développer les compétences et à capitaliser l'expérience de nos équipes dans un contexte de rajeunissement et de croissance très important.
Intégré(e) à cette division, vous êtes référent(e) du processus d'élaboration des Cost brochure de l'entité et de la base de données des devis associés.
Vous serez en interface avec l'ensemble de notre équipe de management, nos donneurs d'ordre programme ou Futur Systems, ainsi qu'avec la nouvelle entité Cost Engineering pour le développement de la base de données des systèmes.
Grâce à vos compétences, vous :
- Créez, structurez un référentiel de réponses à appel d'offres incluant : des devis génériques, des document types "brochure des coûts" et des formats de présentation et de reporting synthétique.
- Êtes l’interlocuteur en charge de coordonner l’élaboration de la brochure des coûts de la division, dans toutes ses composantes (coût, planning, descriptif des activités) et d’en assurer la cohérence.
- Créez la base de registre des devis de l’entité et en assurez la mise à jour.
- Vous voyez ponctuellement confier l’élaboration d’un chiffrage dans toutes ses composantes (technique, financière, organisationnelle, …) avec le support de nos managers et nos référents techniques
Durant les exercices plans de charge, en support des Responsables de centre de coût, vous :
- Analysez les scénarios programme et leurs évolutions
- Identifiez les devis existants sur les différents items du scénario
- Assurez la transmission des devis métiers et leur prise en compte pour les affaires à venir
- Aidez les Responsables de centre de coût à l’analyse et la mise à jour de la base du plan de charge
- Préparez les présentations des plans de charge pour chaque département/fonction
- Assurez de la remontée des anomalies de l’exercice et effectuez leurs corrections dans la base de données contrats
Diplômé(e) d'une école d’ingénieurs généraliste ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans le secteur industriel et idéalement dans le domaine de la défense. Vous justifiez d'au minimum 6 ans d'expérience sur le développement de systèmes complexes.
Une connaissance des principes d'élaboration d'offres et de gestion de projet est un vrai plus.
Vous devrez faire preuve de grandes qualités de synthèse, de rigueur et il vous faudra être facilitateur, animateur.
Compte tenu de l’environnement international de l’entreprise, un bon niveau d'anglais est requis.
- Travailler sur des systèmes de différents domaines : Naval, aéroporté, terrestre.
- Interface avec les tous les métiers de la division.
- Point focal de l’équipe de management et des autres directions.
