En tant que Product Manager au sein de l’équipe, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Responsabilités :

Définir la stratégie produit :

  • Créer des personas et identifier les clients cibles dans toutes les régions.
  • Élaborer la stratégie produit et le modèle économique par région en collaboration avec les équipes de vente.
  • Définir la feuille de route de la gamme de produits.

Développer le produit :

  • Comprendre et analyser les besoins des clients .
  • Identifier de nouvelles fonctionnalités basées sur la connaissance des utilisateurs et du marché.
  • Rédiger et gérer les spécifications produit.
  • Travailler avec les équipes de développement et les designers pour gérer le backlog du produit.
  • Soutenir l'équipe opérationnelle locale dans la mise en œuvre de la solution.

Organiser le lancement sur le marché :

  • Planifier le lancement de la solution dans chaque région en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing.
  • Animer le portefeuille de produits en interne et former les équipes à la solution.

Analyser les résultats :

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) de vente avec l'équipe de vente.
  • Cibler de nouveaux clients et planifier des actions pour la croissance.
  • Analyser les améliorations possibles de la solution et des processus.


Qualifications we’re looking for.

Qualifications requises :

  • Un diplôme de Master est requis, en ingénierie, en commerce, idéalement les deux.
  • Une forte motivation personnelle et la capacité de travailler de manière proactive et indépendante.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Compétences en communication interne (ventes, gestion de projet, développeurs, juridiques, etc.) et excellentes compétences relationnelles avec les clients.

Expériences professionnelles :

  • Une première expérience (2-4 ans) en tant que chef de produit est requise, une expérience dans une entreprise SaaS est un plus.

Compétences personnelles :

  • Très flexible et agile : capable de passer d'un sujet à un autre et de s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles spécifications et exigences.
  • Fort esprit d'équipe et reconnu pour votre leadership dans le lancement de nouveaux produits.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en analyse.
  • Vous êtes autonome : un haut niveau de motivation personnelle et des méthodes de travail proactives (vous pouvez trouver des informations par vous-même, contacter des personnes et documenter les processus si nécessaire).
