Senior Lead Software Engineer

Pour ce faire, un task-force de profils seniors incluant des data engineers, software engineers, SRE, product managers ou encore des pedagogical engineers a été créé par en interne.
Afin de compléter cette équipe de choc, on est à la recherche d’un.e Squad Lead de talent et passionné.e qui rejoindra une des trois squads pour l'encadrer techniquement et humainement.
Au delà de l’intérêt à travailler sur un projet from scratch utilisant les dernières technologies, cette opportunité unique te placera au cœur de la transformation numérique de l’éducation, permettant de façonner l’avenir des technologies d’apprentissage et d’avoir un impact réel sur la vie de plus de 20.000 étudiants partout dans le monde.
Tes missions clés :
✅ accompagner techniquement et humainement une squad composée d’un squad lead, 2 software engineers, 1 product manager et 1 product designer
✅ comprendre les enjeux métier liés au produit et au business, et leurs implications techniques
✅ de planifier avec l’aide du PM puis de concevoir, implémenter et optimiser les différentes fonctionnalités au fur et à mesure des différentes itérations
✅ de partager les bonnes pratiques de développement au sein des équipes Software
✅ d’être force de proposition sur les problématiques d’architecture
