This position is based in Paris. What you will doWork in the AllianzGI Paris office, as an integrated member of the Investment Grade teamBe an active investor in our IG team, will have security selection responsibilities and work with credit research and trading teamsBring sustainable investing convictions into the investment process and collaborate with our sustainability teamImplement or support implementing investment decisions in portfolios, and authorize ordersCollaborate with team heads, product specialists and other portfolio managers in creating internal investment-related materials, marketing presentations, reports for clients and responding to client requestsContribute to the Investment Grade, Credit, or other relevant meetingsSupport on detailed projects Occasional travels to other office premises, mostly in Frankfurt and LondonWhat you bringUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Economics, Finance or Mathematics or similarly numerate degree preferredKnowledge of Bloomberg, MSCI, Thinkfolio would be preferable7 to 10 years experience, total return portfolio management and/or fundamental credit research experience Experience with Credit FundamentalsStrong understanding of sustainable investing, focus on Green Bonds would be beneficialExcellent analytical and verbal communication skillsThoroughness, reliability and attention to detailExtremely hard-working, possessing a high degree of integrity and personal responsibilityAbility to seize the initiative and to logically solve tasks & problemsIntellectual and cultural curiosity – desire to progressCapacity of being a team player and to interact with other AllianzGI teamsProficient user of the standard Microsoft office tools.
