The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size, with strong navigation and safety management skills. Leadership qualities are essential to supervise the deck crew and support the Captain. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities are required, along with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist on deck when needed. Fluent English is a must.
