SURF QC ENGINEER   Location: Angola Contract duration: 12 months’ renewable Schedule: Monday – Friday    On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a SURF QC ENGINEER to be placed in Angola and would be on a 12 months’ contract with the possibility of extension.   Responsibilities   HSE: Implement Company HSE requirements related to the service Implement Company quality surveillance and quality management system Manage the inspections and inspectors Attend Preproduction meeting and kick off meeting Visit manufacturer’s workshop Issue Inspection reports Issue Corrective Action Request when required Supervise the Contractor surveillance Review of manufacturer and Contractor’s deliverables (ITP, heat treatment, forging, NDE, MPS, MPQT etc…) Review and assess the Contractor reporting Manage the Notification for Inspection, inspection reports, Inspection Release notes Manage the NCR, root cause analysis and remedial action Attend Contractor audits Supervise the compilation of the Manufacturing Record Books The service provider shall have a worldwide mobility to perform missions at suppliers premise and construction yards. Technical Requirements • Advanced expertise on oil and gas projects • Advanced expertise in quality, welding, steel manufacturing processes, cladding processes, valves • Expertise in NDE, coating, painting • NDE, coating or quality certifications are a nice to have • English is the main language of the service, The next step   We are aware that you may not ‘tick all the boxes’, but if you believe you can genuinely offer some valuable skills and experience to this role, apply for it For more information on this opportunity, please contact Yeda Montes at yeda.montes@airswift.com.
