[Job Description]

Contexte

As a Scrum Master Intern, you will be immersed in an agile environment within our tech teams, helping to facilitate agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and support the teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Lead, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.

Your future missions

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) within your squad.
  • Help the team identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress.
  • Coach squad members on agile best practices to promote self-organization and efficiency.
  • Ensure transparency in project progress using agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and implementing optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, QA, and Developers to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze team metrics to identify trends and drive efficiency.

[Desired Profile]

You are a great match if : 

  • Final-year engineering or business school student with an interest in Agile methodologies, SaaS technologies, and the banking sector.
  • First experience as an intern or an apprentice in a tech company, fintech, or bank in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile-related role.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
  • You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
