Job Title: Chef de Partie/3rd Chef Job ID: 1638785 Yacht: 100m+ MY Private Location: Med Start Date: ASAP Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off. Certificates: STCW, Valid Seafarer's Medical, Food & Hygiene L2. Covid vaccinated with a booster Job Description: Reports to the Head Chef and Second Chef Supports the kitchen team with operational duties Will be required to assist with additional duties such as cleaning and loading Culinary and other Skills Required: Excellent skills in European & Mediterranean cuisine Basic knowledge of other cuisines Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions Fluent English is a must Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hotels or on large passenger ships Other: Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Salary: 4,000 EUR per month. Flights and medical insurance. Package: 4 months on :2 months off rotation paid 12 months a year Other: Cabin sharing with 2 or 4 people depending on boat operations
