DESIGN ENGINEER 2D   Location: Cassis, France Contract duration: 2 months (renewable – long-term project) Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Project: Various projects (Oil & gas)     On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a Design Engineer 2D to be placed in Cassis and would be on a 2 months ’ contract with the possibility of extension.   Responsibilities   Research and verification of necessary information Drawing, mastery of Auto Cad 2D drawing tool (overall plans, layout plans, detail plans, general installation plans, etc.). Drawings (overall and details) Technically very comfortable with general installation Communication of various information from drawings Take account of applicable safety regulations in drawings Anticipation of potential risks Mechanical knowledge desirable (building codes, welding codes, etc.) Skills / Qualifications  Training in industrial product design Auto Cad 2D software Optional use of Solidworks software (3D design, sequencing drawings, etc) The next step   We are aware that you may not ‘tick all the boxes’, but if you believe you can genuinely offer some valuable skills and experience to this role, apply for it For more information on this opportunity, please contact Yeda Montes at yeda.montes@airswift.com.
