Product Owner

Product Owner (M/F): Our company has developed expertise in the health and digital sectors by collaborating with various partners to design and deploy: Applications for policyholders to manage their Health & Welfare contracts. HR portals for managing employee Health & Welfare contracts. A Health services hub. Retirement savings solutions. With a team of 25 people, we operate in a stimulating and innovative environment. Our projects, managed in an agile Scrum mode, are designed with a user-centric approach and incorporate a strong component of technological innovation. We constantly monitor developments to improve our systems, their functionalities, and integrate new technologies. As part of our ambitious 2025 roadmap, we are creating a new position to strengthen our project team. Main Responsibilities: As a Product Owner, you act as the strategic link between client needs and your development team. From receiving the brief to production delivery, you ensure adherence to the schedule and the quality of deliverables. Ensure alignment of features with product vision and client needs, considering technical and time constraints. Analyze, prioritize, and formalize client requirements. Propose simple and effective solutions tailored to expressed needs and identify potential edge cases. Guarantee successful feature delivery: drafting technical-functional documentation, tickets for quotations, retro-planning, quality, and deadlines. Manage sprint planning and product backlog. Monitor and report sprint progress. Detailed Tasks: Create user stories and detailed technical-functional documentation, including acceptance and validation criteria, in collaboration with technical and business teams. Challenge business requirements to maintain coherence with product vision. Define development steps for features: prerequisites, milestones, retro-planning, testing. Estimate development efforts with the squad. Ensure smooth communication between technical and design teams to clarify constraints and expectations. Conduct risk and impact analysis. Simplify and explain solutions, processes, business rules, and error management for each feature and validate these elements with the client (via the PM). Facilitate agile rituals, scoping workshops (Product Vision, Story Mapping), collaborative design, and continuous improvement sessions. Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or as a Product Owner on IT projects or SaaS platforms. Desired Skills & Qualities: Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset and ability to propose solutions. Analytical and synthesis skills. Curiosity and eagerness to understand how things work. Strong product culture, web & mobile design knowledge. Basic understanding of web development (REST APIs, microservices architecture, databases). Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Understanding of REST API principles and ability to write interface specifications. Awareness of security concepts (authentication, authorization, sensitive data management). Interest in testing and non-regression testing.
