ESN jeune, en plein développement Clients prestigieux (banques, assurances, énergie, pharma…) Projets data à fort impact Management horizontal et esprit collaboratif VOTRE MISSION : CONTRIBUEZ À LA PRODUCTION DES PLATEFORMES DATA D'UN GRAND GROUPE BANCAIRE Votre rôle sera celui de Data Platform Engineer (Support N2 Big Data) : vous interviendrez au cœur de la DSI d’un grand compte bancaire, sur des plateformes data critiques en forte volumétrie. Vous aurez un rôle central dans la mise en production, le support et l’optimisation des plateformes data, autour des points suivants : Support N2 & exploitation : gestion des incidents, analyse des causes racines, résolution (50%). Optimisation : tuning Spark sur Kubernetes, amélioration des orchestrations Airflow, optimisation des catalogues Starburst (30%). Accompagnement & documentation : support aux métiers pour un usage efficace et sécurisé, contribution à la documentation et à l’amélioration continue (20%). Un contexte exigeant et stimulant, au cœur de l’écosystème Big Data d’une grande banque. VOTRE PROFIL : DATA ENGINEER ORIENTE PROD AND SUPPORT Vous êtes pour ce rôle si : XP : Vous avez environ 3 ans d’expérience en environnement Data (production, exploitation, support). Kubernetes : Vous maîtrisez Kubernetes (critère clé). Technos Big Data : Vous avez une expérience sur Spark, Airflow ou Starburst (au moins une). Production & Monitoring : Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’investigation d’incidents, l’observabilité (Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana) et le tuning Spark. CI/CD & scripting : Vous avez déjà pratiqué Git/Jenkins/GitLab CI et idéalement Bash, Ansible. Soft skills : Autonomie, rigueur, mindset ESN, capacité à intervenir dans des environnements critiques. Langues : Vous parlez anglais couramment (échanges avec des équipes internationales). Bonus points si : Vous connaissez HashiCorp Vault, PKI ou secrets management. Vous avez déjà travaillé dans le secteur bancaire ou sur des plateformes Big Data matures. LES MODALITÉS : Rémunération : 55–58K€ fixe, jusqu’à 60K€ Localisation : Montreuil (Paris) – Hybride (50% télétravail) Durée : Mission longue (minimum 3 ans)
