L'un de nos clients exclusifs, un leader mondial de l'assurance Casualty, recherche un(e) Junior Casualty Underwriter pour un poste enrichissant et demandant.Basé à Paris, vous serez en charge d'un portefeuille diversifié en Casualty (RC Générale), sur le marché français et international, à la fois en primary et XS, sur les segments Upper Market et Grands Comptes.Vous évoluerez sous la responsabilité d'un manager bienveillant, au sein d'une équipe hautement technique et reconnue pour son excellence. Un environnement idéal pour progresser, développer vos compétences et vous exprimer pleinement dans votre rôle.Ce poste s'adresse à un(e) courtier ou souscripteur junior motivé(e), à la recherche d'un nouveau défi chez un assureur de premier plan.Vous aurez également l'opportunité de mobiliser vos compétences relationnelles, avec une forte exposition interne et externe auprès de l'ensemble des parties prenantes. Ce que l'on attend de vous :Souscrire et maintenir un portefeuille d'affaires RC très rentable avec des comptes nationaux et internationaux.Participer activement au développement du portefeuille en adhérant aux critères de qualités et de rentabilitéSuivre une stratégie de souscription en première ligne, et aussi en XSCe qu'il vous faut :Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en souscription/courtage RC GénéraleMaîtrise de l'anglais souhaitée mais pas indispensableEnvie de relever un nouveau défi ambitieux, au sein d'un environnement exigeant et stimulant Localisation : Paris Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine Rémunération : Nettement supérieure aux standards du marché C'est le moment idéal pour rejoindre un leader national et international de l'assurance Casualty, reconnu pour l'excellence de sa marque employeur.Le poste s'inscrit dans une équipe d'experts, appréciée pour sa technicité, la qualité de son service et son haut niveau d'exigence.
