The team operates in a collaborative, deal-driven environment, partnering closely with internal investment, legal and risk functions to structure and execute complex transactions. The platform places strong emphasis on disciplined risk management, transaction execution and long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionLead the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions across infrastructure, energy, transportation and asset-backed sectors.Structure and assess financing solutions, including transaction structure, credit considerations and commercial viability.Prepare and review financial models, credit analyses and transaction materials to support deal execution.Coordinate closely with legal, syndication, capital markets and risk teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.Support internal approval processes and post-closing activities, including refinancings and transaction enhancements.The Successful ApplicantAt least 8 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, asset-backed lending or related areasDemonstrated experience supporting or leading transaction execution in a deal-driven environmentStrong foundation in credit analysis, financial modelling and risk assessmentExposure to infrastructure, transportation, energy or other asset-intensive sectors preferredExperience leading or co-leading transaction execution and credit structuring is preferredWhat's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value structured financing transactions within a collaborative and commercially focused platform.
