Job Description For our client, an international B2B player specializing in security, mission‑critical and wireless communication solutions, we are looking for an Associate Channel & Business Development Manager to support and accelerate the commercial launch and expansion of the French market. This is a strategic, growth-oriented role for an ambitious commercial talent who will work closely with a Senior Channel Sales Manager. The position combines hands‑on Channel development, partner support, field business development, lead generation, and structured learning in a highly dynamic environment. The French subsidiary aims to structure, scale and energize its reseller ecosystem nationwide. The organization is lean, agile, and collaborative, offering: Flat hierarchy Fast decision-making Direct access to top management High autonomy and real impact Your Mission As the Associate Channel & Business Development Manager, you will contribute to building, developing and supporting the French Channel ecosystem, ensuring continuity, growth and partner activation. You will operate in close collaboration with a Senior Channel Manager and the CEO, combining relationship management, field sales activities, partner enablement and opportunity development. Your mission is to: Support Channel growth and daily partner operations Develop business opportunities through field presence and prospecting Identify, qualify and transfer leads to Channel Partners Contribute to expanding visibility within priority vertical markets Participate in more complex deals under senior guidance Help shape the company’s French market presence and long-term growth Your Responsibilities Channel Account Management – approx. 50% Manage, develop and support a portfolio of Channel partners (VARs, integrators, distributors) Conduct regular remote and in‑person visits with existing partners and new partners Assist partners with: • Offer requests (RFP/RFQ) • Follow-ups and opportunity tracking • Lead qualification and handover Maintain structured communication flows with the partner ecosystem Ensure partner satisfaction and operational continuity Business Development – approx. 50% Identify and prospect new partners and end‑customers for emerging technologies Generate leads through: • Field visits to end‑customers and integrators • Market studies and vertical analysis • Participation in industry events, trade shows and demos Qualify and transfer relevant opportunities to existing or newly activated partners Sales Support & Learning Participate in complex or strategic opportunities alongside: • Senior Channel Account Manager • Pre‑Sales Engineer • CEO Develop a strong understanding of products, commercial models, margin structures and Channel mechanics Progressively build autonomy in sales cycles and partner management Autonomy & Planning Independently plan: • Client visits • Prospecting activities • Partner contacts Operate within a clear strategic framework defined with the CEO Benefit from continuous coaching from both the CEO (also Sales Director) and Senior Channel Manager What You Bring First experience in B2B sales, Channel sales or partner‑oriented roles Exposure to IT, Telecom or radio communications is appreciated Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude Autonomous, proactive, structured and comfortable with field activities Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership Fluent French; good English required (German is a plus) Willingness to travel extensively across France (approx. 50%) Ideally based in Alsace (Wittenheim area) or willing to commute regularly What We Offer A key role in a fast-growing French subsidiary at a pivotal moment of expansion Close coaching and learning opportunities with the Senior Channel Manager and CEO Real prospects to evolve into a fully autonomous Channel Account Manager High degree of autonomy, field activity and direct impact on market growth Exposure to a dynamic and innovative sector (communication, security, wireless technologies) Hybrid working model: field + home office + regular presence at the Alsace office Attractive compensation package including: Competitive fixed salary Variable component, Company car (depending on final seniority) Strong long‑term career development potential Contact Philippe BILDÉ Antal International Paris London www.antal.com/recruitment/france-paris-bsc
