Start-up rentable, fondée en 2015 120+ employés Une levée récente de + de 20 m€ De forts enjeux internationaux : solution commercialisée dans + de 80 pays 15K clients pour près d'1million d'utilisateur Une variété de sujet dans la roadmap produit : Interconnectivité, utilisation de l'IA, Internationalisation, refonte design. VOTRE MISSION : Au sein d'une équipe Product composée d'une CPO, 4 PM et 1 Product Designer, vous aurez l'ownership sur votre squad : un lead développeur, 3 dévs, un QA. Définir et mettre en oeuvre la vision LT de votre Squad Assurer une veille marché et concurrentielle pour définir les grands axes Définir la roadmap produit Participer à toutes les phases de discovery : entretiens utilisateurs, collecte de la donnée, analyse des résultats Piloter la phase de delivery: de la rédaction des US, à la priorisation jusqu'au test utilisateur Itérer sur des nouvelles solutions ou features : construction de MVP puis mesurer son impact Communiquer avec les équipes internes et externes que ce soit pour la récolte de besoins & feedbacks ou pour assurer la promotion du produit. VOTRE PROFIL : Sr PRODUCT MANAGER Votre candidature sera considérée si vous justifiez les éléments suivants : Vous êtes diplômé d'un master d'école d'ingénieur ou de commerce Vous avez minimum 5 années d'expérience en tant que Product Manager Vous avez une expérience significative dans une start-up ou scale-up en forte croissance Vous êtes expérimenté sur tout le cycle de vie d'un produit : de la discovery à la delivery Vous avez travaillé sur des solutions SaaS et sur des cibles B2B Vous avez un anglais courant : lu, parlé et écrit LES MODALITÉS : Rémunération selon profil : 60K/77K€ fixe Full Remote Bureaux : Lyon Prise de poste ASAP
