Objectifs 2025: x2 Aucun turnover Stack globale de l'entreprise : Langages & Frameworks : Golang, Goyave, GORM, TypeScript, 3, Pinia, Tailwind CSS, Vite Bases de données : PostgreSQL, Redis, BigQuery, AirflowCloud & DevOps : Google Cloud Run, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD Data & Visualisation : Crossfilter, ECharts, Metabase, Deepnote Outils : Slack, Figma, Figjam, Shortcut, Postman, Tandem, Notion VOTRE MISSION : EXPERT EN OPTIMISATION En tant que Senior Data Scientist, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'évolution et l'optimisation de leurs modèles basés sur les données. Leur approche de la R&D est très applicative et axée sur les résultats : chaque avancée algorithmique a un impact direct sur leurs produits et performances commerciales. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe data pluridisciplinaire (Data Scientists, Data Engineer, Data Analyst et Data PM), sous la responsabilité du CTO. Votre rôle consistera à développer et d'améliorer les modèles d'optimisation, avec une grande liberté dans les méthodologies utilisées. Au quotidien : Applied R&D and Optimization : - Work on auction optimization challenges, leveraging game theory concepts and advanced optimization techniques. - Experiment and iterate rapidly to improve the performance of existing algorithms. - Develop new approaches when necessary, with a strong focus on product and business impact. - Deploy models into production, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance. Technical Excellence and Code Quality : - Design robust and scalable architectures for data processing and model optimization. - Develop clean, optimized, and well-documented code, following best practices in versioning and CI/CD. - Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure efficient model integration into the product. Data Culture and Mentorship : - Contribute to the training and support of internal teams on best practices in data science. - Promote a data-driven culture by facilitating access to analytical tools and encouraging autonomy among business teams. Data Governance and Integrity : - Define and implement data quality and governance standards in collaboration with the Data Engineer. - Ensure data reliability and compliance through rigorous validation and control processes. VOTRE PROFIL : EXPERT EN OPTIMISATION + R&D - Minimum 5 years in data science, with expertise in optimization, machine learning, and/or data engineering. - Experience in ML/DL, processing large-scale data, and deploying models into production. - Real knowledge of Cloud and Big Data environments GCP, AWS, Azure. - Strong expertise in optimization models (auction algorithms, game theory, reinforcement learning, etc.) - Ability to explain complex technical concepts and work in a team. - Experience in an Agile / ShapeUp environment LES MODALITÉS : Localisation : FULL REMOTE + budget pour espace de coworking ou bureau à Montpellier Rémunération selon profil et expériences : 60-80K
