L'ENTREPRISE Scale-up française spécialisée dans la formation mobile et l’animation des forces terrain.Sa mission : rendre la formation en entreprise aussi simple et engageante que Duolingo.La plateforme est utilisée par de grands groupes dans des secteurs variés (banque, pharma, énergie, construction, luxe…) et déployée à l’international.Dans un contexte de forte évolution produit et technique, l’équipe se renforce avec le recrutement d’un Software Engineer Full Stack pour accompagner les choix d’architecture et la montée en qualité globale.Locaux : Paris 2e - 3 jours de teltravail / semaine LE POSTE / LES MISSIONS En tant que Senior Software Engineer, vous travaillerez main dans la main avec le CTO et l’équipe produit.Votre rôle sera à la fois opérationnel et structurant.Vous interviendrez notamment sur :· Le développement et l’évolution du backend en Node.js / TypeScript· Les choix d’architecture (scalabilité, performance, dette technique, sécurité)· La réduction progressive du legacy et la modernisation de la plateforme· L’intégration de workflows IA au cœur des usages produit· La collaboration étroite avec le produit, le frontend et l’infra· La diffusion des bonnes pratiques et de la qualité logicielle dans l’équipeEnvironnement techniqueNode.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, React, React Native, AWS (EKS, RDS, Lambda), PostgreSQL, CircleCIArchitecture SaaS, microservices, workflows IA PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Formation école d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac +5)3 à 5 ans d'expèrience, idéalement en startup / scale-upSolide maîtrise de TypeScript / Node.js (Nest.js apprécié)Curieux, capable de challenger les choix techniques de manière constructiveEsprit d’équipe, bon communicant Tags SAAS AWS Back End IA Full-Stack Node.js Architecture Typescript Partager cette offre
