Description du poste et Missions GESER-BEST recherche pour l'un de ses client, un Technicien Logiciel (H/F) sur le secteur de Grenoble. Les missions principales du poste sont : Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs clients Mettre en œuvre et préparer les solutions à destination des clients Former les nouveaux utilisateurs Réaliser le diagnostic, et prioriser le traitement des demandes Assurer la satisfaction clients Mettre à jour et créer au besoin la documentation technique Profil recherché De formation BEP/CAP/Bac + dans le domaine des solutions logicielles. Vous avez une expérience dans le support d’applications logicielles de ans et vous êtes à l’aise dans l’environnement Windows. Vous maitrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Vous êtes à l’aise sur JIRA et Confluence. Vos capacités de communication, d’analyse et de synthèse ne sont plus à démontrer, de plus, votre polyvalence vous permet de faire face à de multiples situations.
