Notre client est une entreprise internationale de services B2B. Pour accompagner une forte croissance, elle recrute un Enterprise Sales Manager afin d’accélérer le développement du marché français.Rattaché(e) au Head of Enterprise Sales Europe, vous aurez pour mission de générer de nouveaux revenus et de développer des relations stratégiques avec des clients grands comptes.Missions principales : Identifier, cibler, approcher et convertir de nouveaux clients grands comptes dans des secteurs variés, en garantissant un pipeline solide et qualifié en continu. Piloter une démarche de prospection stratégique (approche directe, événements, partenariats de recommandation) et construire des relations de confiance avec les interlocuteurs C-level, afin de comprendre leurs enjeux business et de proposer des solutions sur mesure. Collaborer avec des consultants externes et partenaires stratégiques pour élargir la couverture marché et accélérer la création d’opportunités. Profil recherché : Français et anglais courants. Expérience confirmée en développement commercial B2B et en vente conseil. Habitude de gérer des cycles de vente de A à Z et d’influencer des décisions au niveau direction générale / C-suite. Rémunération & Avantages : Jusqu’à 44 K€ / an selon profil et expérience. Plan de commissionnement : jusqu’à 100 % du fixe (selon performance).
