Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performanceProvide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software toolsEngage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experienceExecute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenariosEnsure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standardsGenerate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teamsWork variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early morningsRequired Qualifications:Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle TestingValid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experienceMust be 21 years or olderComfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysisExcellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
