ENTREPRISE Notre client est un family office aux valeurs fortes depuis 25 ans.Actionnaire et partenaire engagé dans la durée, il accompagne des PME pour en faire des ETI, épaule des start-ups pour asseoir leur modèle, et soutient plus largement des projets à dimension philanthropique.Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) Investment Manager - H/F. DESCRIPTION Votre rôle est de contribuer à l'étude des opportunités d'investissement, au suivi et au développement des pôles et à la préparation des opérations de cession, dans le respect des guidelines des Directeurs ou Partners :Etude des dossiers et analyses :Identifier des cibles potentielles en adéquation avec la thèse d'investissementProposer et produire des analyses financières, d'évaluation et de marché nécessaires à la définition de la thèse d'investissement et à la préparation des pré-CI, CI le cas échéantCouvrir avec discernement les points structurants d'opportunité/risques des dossiers à l'étudeProposer les conclusions et recommandations des analysesRédiger les notes de synthèse, les LOI et préparer les Comités d'InvestissementCoordonner les travaux et s'assurer de l'adéquation avec les recommandations du pré-CI dans le cadre des Due DiligencesCoordonner la levée de la dette auprès des banquesÊtre support dans la relecture de la documentation juridique liée aux transactions (SPA, pactes, promesses, GAP, CPs) et dans l'exécution de la transactionDéveloppement :Conduire des analyses de marché et du screening de cibles sur un segment de marché déterminéIdentifier des opportunités d'investissement dans une démarche de sourcing pro-actifAnalyser les opportunités de croissances externesAccompagnement des pôles en portefeuille en appui des Directeurs/Partners:Participer à la définition de l'ambition du pôle, à la stratégie de développement et aux principaux jalons de déploiementPréparer les ordres du jour des Comités stratégiques et y participerÊtre garant de la relation avec le directeur financier du pôle : S'assurer de l'alignement entre le reporting financier et les besoins inhérents au plan de déploiement opérationnel, s'assurer de la cohérence de la présentation budgétaire des pôlesÊtre l'interlocuteur des banques ou des autres partenaires financiersSuivre le current trading : être garant de la revue analytique, de l'évaluation des tendances business et des écarts avec le plan de déploiementExécuter les opérations de croissance externe : conduite des due diligences, négociation, documentation juridique, financementÊtre support dans l'intégration des croissances externesGarantir le suivi administratif et juridique pour l'ensemble des opérations inhérentes aux pôles, en lien avec les conseils du pôle et les équipes DAF & Juridique du Family office.Participer à l'exécution des opérations de sortie PROFIL De formation supérieure en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur, université, avec une majeure finance, vous justifiez de 6 à 8 années d'expérience en fonds d'investissement, M&A, conseil stratégique ou transaction services.Vous maitrisez l'anglais professionnel écrit comme oral.Vous êtes proactif, rigoureux, curieux et avez le sens des priorités.Votre force de proposition, votre relationnel adaptable et votre capacité à gérer des projets sont des qualités reconnues.Vous rejoignez une équipe à taille humaine qui nécessite un fort esprit d'entraide, d'engagement et une agilité permanente.Vous intégrez une entreprise avec un fort sens du collectif ce qui implique qu'une organisation en "remote" n'est pas envisageable.
