What will you do : Provide legal advice with regard to Wealth Management activities (concerning mainly civil, commercial, corporate and consumer law aspects) Advise BIL Group on its duties and responsibilities in respect of these activities, in particular in relation to credit structuring and implementation and MIFID related regulatory aspects Draft, review, negotiate any types of agreements in relation with activities (mostly but not exclusively standard and customized credit agreements & security packages and investment services related documentation) Contribute to BIL group projects by giving the best legal recommendations Actively participate in the legal and regulatory developments within BIL group including the launch of new products in coordination with other departments (compliance, risks, product development, IT…) Participate in external working groups (ABBL, etc.) Coordinate outside counsel Provide support to the Head of Legal and team members on various matters You have : University degree in law (BAC+5), ideally CCDL Qualified lawyer within the European Union Minimum 5 years' experience in a (large) financial institution or a law firm in Luxembourg Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's banking, legal and regulatory environment Excellent organization and coordination skills, combining attention to detail and an efficient overview of key questions and priorities You are : Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
