Accounts Assistant - Birchwoodup to £34kAbout Our ClientWe are supporting an SME business in Bircwhood who have grown significantly over the past couple of years and still growing. Needing an extra pair of hands to join the team on a permanent basis to assist in the finance department further.Job DescriptionProcessing key supplier payments on a weekly basisManaging the purchase ledger, including invoice processing and reconciliationsResolving supplier queries in a timely and professional mannerAssisting with month-end duties, including accruals and reporting supportMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team as neededThe Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in an Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger roleConfident processing high-volume supplier invoices and paymentsGood attention to detail and strong organisational skillsComfortable working to deadlinesProficient in Excel; accounting system experience is an advantageWhat's on OfferA supportive and friendly team environmentExposure to month-end accounting processesFlexible start and finish timesOpportunity to grow within a stable and expanding energy businessCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Buy and sell holiday scheme
