Internal mobility and continuous developmentOpportunities to work with seasonal engineers and leadersAbout Our ClientA smart security and integrated services provider headquartered in Singapore.Job DescriptionSupport projects and maintenance for security systems (general security, alarms, CCTV, access control) and server/network infrastructure as neededInstall, configure, implement, and test system and storage equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-sitePerform OS hardening, patching, and updates on servers and virtual machinesPrepare plans for implementation, migration, and acceptance testing of projectsConduct user acceptance testing and address any issues foundCollaborate with Project and Maintenance Managers to plan and execute implementation tasksMaintain accurate documentation of processes and work instructions to ensure service qualityDevelop and deliver as-built documentation for project handoverThe Successful ApplicantDiploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT) or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in Operational Technology or Information TechnologyStrong knowledge of networking principles and IP/TCP protocolsGood understanding of CCTV, access control, and server systemsPractical experience with security tasks like OS hardening, patching, updates, and virus scanning is desirableIT certifications related to Windows systems, storage, networking, databases, virtualization, or cloud technologies are a plusExcellent communication skills paired with a proactive and positive attitudeValid Class 3 driving license required for onsite dutiesWhat's on OfferStrong career growth, hands-on training with advanced technologies, and a supportive culture focused on continuous learning.
