Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle
- Communicate and assign new projects to vendors and discuss delivery dates
- Communicate each project's requirements to the translation teams
- Contact the client regarding any project-related issues or translator queries
- Maintain quality standards and check client's instructions.
The Profile
About you:
- 3 years of experience in project management in the translation industry
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Ideally C1)
- CAT Tools/TMS Familiarity: Exposure to tools like Phrase, memoQ, Trados, Crowdin, XTM, or Lokalise
- Based in Latin America or Eastern Europe
- Autonomous and proactive
- Good communicator and open to feedback
- Results-oriented
