Vacancy Overview Instrumentation Studies Manager – Saint Herblain, France Brief job description We are looking for an Instrumentation Design Manager to assist the design office teams and project managers. Key responsibilities and main tasks: The work will be done independently, under the responsibility of the project manager and in interface with the other disciplines within the framework of preliminary and detailed design studies and detailed studies. The experience shall include: Referent for the instrumentation discipline, experience in engineering for offshore and/or onshore Oil & Gas. Knowledge and mastery of the engineering process, content and purpose of deliverables. Mastery of the contractual technical scope. Management of a team of engineers and technicians (2 to 3 people) Management of the hours that are allocated and reporting to the Project Manager on the progress Ability to understand and arbitrate the technical issues of the project. Management of interfaces with other disciplines (Processes, Electricity, Piping Valves Vessels, HVAC, ,..) Safety culture, HSE sensitivity. The candidate will have to bring the following skills: Language spoken: English. Proficiency required for written and spoken forms.
