Je recherche pour mon client, grand groupe industriel français à dimension internationale et leader dans son secteur, un Tax Reporting Manager H/F. Ce poste en CDI est basé en région parisienne. Au sein de la Direction Fiscale, vos missions sont les suivantes : -Responsable du reporting fiscal semestriel Animer le Forecast fiscal semestriel des filiales et du Groupe : produire les prévisions fiscales Groupe (impôt courant, impôt différé, taux effectif dimpôt et impôt payé) dans le cadre du processus budgétaire du Groupe ; Etre au sein de la direction fiscale le référent Comptable consolidé capable de piloter et suivre les estimations des agrégats comptables participants à lestimation de limpôt en lien avec les équipes comptables et Gestion du Siège et des filiales. Fournir des analyses et commentaires sur les éléments comptables participants aux variations des estimations dimpôt dans le cadre du processus de Forecast du groupe ; Développer et maintenir loutil de prévisions fiscales dédié (IBM Planning Analytics) et les phases de données fiscales dans loutil de consolidation, en lien avec la direction des comptabilités du Groupe et des prestataires externes. -Développer et animer la production des déclaratifs fiscaux basés sur les données comptables consolidées dont notamment : Country-by-country reporting (CbCR) : fiabilisation de la collecte de données issues de loutil de consolidation comptable en vue de la nouvelle obligation de production dun CbCR Public ; Pilier 2 : développement du processus de collecte de données comptables en vue de la préparation du groupe au déclaratif Pilier 2 (clauses de sauvegarde, résultat GloBE et impôts couverts). -Former, soutenir et conseiller les équipes fiscales et comptables des filiales dans leurs opérations danalyse et de comptabilisation de limpôt. -Participer à la production de données et lévolution de la politique de prix de transfert du Groupe. -Rédaction de procédures et manuels en lien avec les missions du poste. Diplômé dun Master/Bac+5, vous avez au moins 5 années en Consolidation, en Fiscalité ou en Comptabilité. Vous parlez anglais couramment et maîtrisez la suite Office .
