This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a tangible difference, influencing both product evolution and client success on a global scale. **What You’ll Do:** * **Architect & Implement:** Source, design, and engineer sophisticated solutions to complex customer challenges, including end-to-end cloud architectures. * **Technical Leadership:** Recognize patterns and plan reusable solutions, contributing as an expert resource for various team initiatives. * **Client Empowerment:** Actively listen to and understand partner needs, demonstrating how technology can unlock revenue, business growth, and efficiency. * **End-to-End Solution Delivery:** Scope, design, and implement solutions, including writing code and assisting with integration, while adhering to engineering best practices (design/code reviews, test coverage, maintainable code). * **Quality Assurance & Support:** Manage a technical services workstream, provide 2nd level support for operations, solve escalations, and train external partner support teams. * **Innovation & Efficiency:** Leverage technical and AI-related skills to significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of quality assurance processes. * **Strategic Partnership:** Participate in industry and account business planning, identifying technical gaps, recognizing opportunities for solution reuse or new innovations, and securing alignment with stakeholders. * **Expert Consultation:** Quickly ramp up on new technical stacks, provide expert engineering consultation, explain trade-offs between different approaches, and develop deep subject matter expertise in trending areas. * **Compliance & Launch:** Responsibly own launch processes, ensuring solutions comply with data and legal policies and undergo necessary reviews. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Skillfully communicate business goals and impact to client KPIs, managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. **What You’ll Bring:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Consultative Skills * Strong Core Technical knowledge relevant to the role * Exceptional Technical Problem-Solving abilities * Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle * Expertise in Web Technologies * Proven Stakeholder Management skills in a technical context * Solid background in Software Engineering principles * Demonstrated ability in Solution Design **About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world’s biggest brands.
