In a fast‑paced and demanding environment, it is recruiting a Multi‑Site Plant Manager to oversee 3 strategic industrial sites.Your Mission will consist in leading the sites, ensuring world‑class safety, quality, service and P&L performance. This is an exceptional opportunity to blend hands on operational leadership with influential customer and commercial engagement, in an environment where reliability, quality and agility truly matter.DescriptionWhat You'll Lead & Deliver:- Multi‑Site Operational Leadership : Lead the sites as one integrated network, managing complex low‑volume/high‑mix operations with agility and steering teams through growth, reorganization, migrations and stabilization phases.- Safety, Quality & Compliance : Ensure a strong safety culture and full compliance, guaranteeing food safety and adherence to all regulatory standards.- Service, Supply Chain & Execution : Own service performance (OTIF, lead time, responsiveness) while overseeing S&OP, planning, inventory, materials and procurement alignment.- Financial & P&L Ownership : Hold full P&L responsibility across the three sites and deliver EBITDA, productivity, cost and working‑capital targets.- Lean & Continuous Improvement : Champion a strong lean culture with measurable impact- Customer & Commercial Partnership : Act as the operational representative for key Food & Beverage customers while partnering closely with Sales on strategic customer engagements and planning.- People & Leadership : Build a strong talent pipeline while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, ownership and high performance.Profil recherchéStrong leadership in packaging or labelsProven multi site industrial managementSolid commercial grounding and experience at the sales-operations interfaceFull P&L accountabilityFluent French & EnglishAnalytical, disciplined, change driven leadership styleConditions et AvantagesNC
