Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe pionnière, multiculturelle et pluridisciplinaire, hybride à la croisée des sciences / technologies et des arts. En lien avec les fondateurs, vous aurez un large espace pour proposer les axes de recherche et construire la roadmap R&D. Vous prendrez en charge d’un des 2 programmes phares de l’entreprise : -Optimisation du pipeline de production grâce à l’IA, afin de réduire considérablement les temps de traitement des artistes, -Optimisation de l’expérience du spect’acteur grâce au deep learning, en coordination avec les experts sciences comportementales. En vous appuyant sur une méthodologie de recherche et votre connaissance de l'état de l'art en matière d’IA et deep learning, vous contribuerez à la définition des projets et à leur réalisation. Vous développerez les modèles et algorithmes et réaliserez l'entraînement de modèles LLM. Vous serez amené·e à travailler sur différents cas d'usage, dans un objectif d’implémentation et de passage en production rapide. Vous conduirez une veille scientifique permanente et pourrez mettre en place des partenariats avec des laboratoires de recherche académique. Vous valoriserez aussi les travaux conduits à travers des publications scientifiques, et des congrès du domaine. Profil Vous êtes récemment titulaire d’un diplôme de doctorat vous ayant permis de développer des compétences en deep learning ou dans un domaine connexe comme la computer vision ou l’IA multimodale. Alternativement, vous avez un savoir-faire en automatisation ou une expérience d’insertion de l’IA dans une chaine de production data. Vous avez un savoir-faire avéré en intelligence artificielle, modélisation et algorithmie, machine learning ou NLP et idéalement dans les grands modèles de langage LLM. Vous maîtrisez Python, les architectures Transformers, les frameworks de calcul (Numpy, Numba, Joblib, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Jax / Flax). Vous utilisez Git et avez des connaissances en bases de données. Des compétences complémentaires en optimisation non linéaire, simulation, AR / VR ou data sciences seraient appréciées. Votre créativité, votre force de proposition, votre esprit entrepreneurial, votre leadership et votre autonomie, alliés à un fort esprit d’équipe seront des atouts indispensables pour ce poste. Created by entrepreneurs who were pioneers in immersive virtual reality and recognized in the world of music and performance art, the company has developed original value propositions through interactive and immersive environments that unleash the imagination of artists and “spect’actors” alike. Thanks to a major €10M fund-raising round, and with a view to a forthcoming Series A, the start-up is launching ambitious research programs in artificial intelligence/deep learning/virtual and augmented reality and cognitive/behavioral/affective sciences, and aims to surround itself with the best experts in these fields, in order to tell stories around artworks and design unique emotional experiences. Position You will work as part of a pioneering, multicultural and multidisciplinary team at the crossroads of science / technology and the arts. Working closely with the founders, you'll have full autonomy to propose research directions and build the R&D roadmap. You will be in charge of one of the company's 2 major programs: - Optimization of the production pipeline thanks to AI, in order to considerably reduce artists' processing times, - Optimizing the spect'actor’s experience through deep learning, in coordination with behavioral science experts. Relying on a research methodology and your knowledge of the state of the art in AI and deep learning, you will contribute to the definition of projects and their realization. You will develop models and algorithms and train LLM models. You'll be working on a variety of use cases, with a view to rapid implementation and transition to production. You will keep a constant watch on scientific developments, and be able to set up partnerships with academic research laboratories. You will also promote the work carried out through scientific publications and conferences in the field. Profile You have recently defended a PhD that has enabled you to develop skills in deep learning or a related field such as computer vision or multimodal AI. Alternatively, you have automation know-how or experience of inserting AI into a data production chain. You have proven expertise in artificial intelligence, modeling and algorithms, machine learning or NLP, and ideally in large-scale language models. You are an independent user of Python, Transformers architectures and computational frameworks (Numpy, Numba, Joblib, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Jax / Flax). You use Git and have knowledge of databases. Complementary skills in non-linear optimization, simulation, AR/VR or data sciences would be appreciated.
