The organisation offers a strong governance culture, international exposure, and long-term career development within a collaborative environment.Job DescriptionConduct credit screening and due diligence on new and existing SME clients, analysing financial statements and external credit data.Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and risk assessments, recommending appropriate credit limits and terms.Manage credit insurance limits and internal exposures, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and policy standards.Monitor post-lending performance, including payment trends, covenant compliance, and early warning indicators.Support the enhancement of credit processes, reporting, and audit readiness across the credit function.The Successful ApplicantAt least 7 years' experience in SME credit underwriting within a bank or financial institution.Solid understanding of trade finance, receivables finance, or working capital lending.Proven ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and collaborate across business and risk functions.Strong analytical and presentation skills, with sound risk judgment.What's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing regional banking platform with strong institutional backing and a stable governance framework.
